From the first time I used this towel at a boutique resort in Mexico, I was in love! After a couple of years on my 'wish list', I finally purchased a set for use at home. After only a week of use, they are absolutely everything I remember and had hoped for! The quality is impeccable and I love that they aren't too bulky - the perfect weight and softness. I will be adding more to my collection in the near future! On a side note, I had a slight issue with my original order through no fault of the company (damaged during transit). The customer service was impeccable and was prompt in helping remedy the situation and getting a replacement order out the very next day. I truly wish all retailers could provide this level of service as this small, family run company was able to do! You will truly love this collection! These are our second multiple sets of Madison Collection Towels and I just love everything about them. They're just the right thicktness for us, not to thin and not to thick, I don't like thick towels because they take to long to dry at room temperature. plus they have nice patterns / style to their towels. Our first multiple sets of towels lasted for many years, so my wife said, shouldn't we get some new towels I think we LOVED them enough.
